The ABC Board is authorized to promulgate, alter, amend and repeal rules and regulations for carrying out the functions of the Board (Ala. Code 28-3-49 [1975]). This series consists of copies of Transmittal Control Sheets and Notices of Intended Action used by the Board to inform the Legislative Reference Service regarding the proposed new regulations or regulations that are to be amended or deleted. Also included are copies of the Alabama Administrative Monthly which are published by the Legislative Reference Service to document all changes or proposed changes in administrative procedures for all state agencies.
